Don't really know at the moment, I have never seen this type of mods.

No because all the liveries, suits, caps and helmets are made for the 2021 drivers
Is it possible to change the team color You like make the pink for racing point gren. So you together with you name changing mod can have it saing Aston Martin and the a green color ? Can I/You make that with the cheat engin or is it ind the ERP files som where ?

Yeah, it's all included in the last version, no need to dowload the previous ones.

is it just me or new update for Alonso and Ocon suit doesn't work, its blurry and crash the game
It should work properly... Try verifying game files before installing the mod.
Some liveries (McLaren, RedBull, Alfa Romeo...) are changed. For the names read the mod description.
The download contains a txt with the link to download the actual mod because RaceDepartment doesn't allow +500MB uploads
