can you replace drivers flags? because after changing localisation file Magnussen is mexican, Ocon is German etc.. It looks a bit weird .

It's not possible to change them.

I'm sorry but because of the way the game is made we can not change the nationalities yet....

Nope as I said before, no flags can be changed, every mod has this problem on F1 2016 i'm afraid :/

You can change the flags in the menu, it's a very difficult work, but you can do it

Do I have to download and install previous versions to add all the features, downloading only the latest version simply adds Mercedes, nothing more?

You have to install the previous updates and then install the lastest updates

I have done that, dating back to the first version (1.6gb total) and the majority of the car liveries are still 2016.

Wich cars liveries are of 2016? Because the 2017 cars are Ferrari, RedBull,Force India and Williams

You only have to install the latest update. I have not included all the 2017 liveries yet....

Ferrari still had black running from the engine cover to the cockpit (which is a 2016 design I think), the williams was changed (has the Martini logo on) but the Force India was not pink. From what I could tell the Red Bull was different and the Manors were still on the grid for quick race at least, yet to try in career mode.
