No. Never could get it working last time. Admittedly, Ive just tried installing it again now and it works! So Problem solved. I'll try not to be such a numpty in future

Some here from a few years back may recognise my WIP skin (Mr. Stranne, Mr Bell, im looking at you

) from another series using V8s. Hopefully it will come to fruition soon! Still deciding on whether to team up or go it alone, so this skin may be available at a later date for intrested parties

Anybody know how to get rid of that little black mark on either end of the front lip?? Seems everybody has the mark on their skins! Highly frustrating when you are using a bright colour.

nothing can,t be done about that its not a template problem its a 3D model problem.

Sorry if that has been answered already, but am I correct in that liveries can only contain fantasy sponsor logos or commercial logos whose owner has given written permission?

iirc you can use official logos and brands if you like but it's always your responsibility and asking for permission for using the brands would be a good idea. But when someone did my livery for S9 they said it's completely fine.

@Queequeg I think you can use commercial logos whitout permission but you have to use them without modify them and responsibly......in this case I am sure respectives owners will not object.....and will have free advertising

If I wasn't 23921305043950439509321032103912039105940593059043024923 seconds off everybody's pace, uncomfortable in these piece of hellish fun V8 cars, als omost specially wasn't the Raptor Engineering Racing Team Owner, CEO, Engineer (duh), Driver, Chief and Crew Chief and also wasn't in the broadcast booth in January, I might've considered your offer

Hi,

As a finishing touch I'd like to change the sidewalls on the tyres, doesn't matter if they get taken into the league files or not but would be cool to try it.

Can someone tell me where the dds file or data file is that allows this? I tried searching through the files for the Marcas cars but can't see it.

I see some people have created the Dunlop markings. Or are the posts I'm seeing within a 3D program?

i'm no expert but i'm guessing that the tires texture is in one of the .mas file of the car but if you modify it you won,t be able to join any of RD servers as we don't run the modification on our server and that it will cause a mismatch.

I extracted the MAS textures and yes I see what you mean, there are dozens of GMT files in there and I can see different rim colours for example and yep the tyres are in there. It's all interesting and yes I was only doing this to learn how the textures work, was pretty sure that it wouldn't work when joining the server.

It was a finishing touch for the final pictures
