Of course it is last years car - Only the livery and new nose was reveiled so far - And i am not sure whether they have something else...

Yes, but with the 2015 livery and tyres.
As this is what they want to gather at the first Barcelona test: tyre data.
I'm not even sure if they'll really bring the new nose to Barcelona.
Did they say that somewhere?
But it wouldn't matter much anyway.
Just look at Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull: All of them (and maybe Williams too) will change their nose to the Mercedes/Lotus style once they pass the crash test. Which will propably render some/most of their insight from the Jerez test regarding airflow around the nose/frontwing/front tyres useless.
