I think the regulations require some bodywork there, so they would not be allowed to race without the fin.
Another detail you may have noticed: On the presentation photos the wheelnut was coverd up.
During testing they uncovered it in order to blow air out of it.

Are you sure they use it to blow out air or maybe get air in?
Scarbs says it's to blow air out and I assume he is right.
i wonder how they made that legal, didn´t red bull get told to remove their holes they had?

this car looks really impressive to me. it looks a nice balance - downforce and speed. i think it can have the pace but the drivers - i sense they will both be fast and both make too many mistakes. one will have more excuse than the other.
I heard somewhere their exhaust was illegal. Is that true?
According to Scarbs the RB solution had a longer duct that extended past the wheel nut. The one on the Williams doesn't.

ok, i knew they had holes in the actual wheel hub itself, and those do stick out, maybe that´s why then.

if im correct i read on the bcc site that the FIA told both Caterham and Williams to fix their exhaust solutions, cuz the current ones are illegal.
