And yes I agree CM is a bit lazy with all the copy & paste textures; but with a new game every year I guess they have to minimize development time in some areas.
No, this isn't lazyness. Where the adverts were the same in 2012 they just reuse the Pirelli textures. If there was a texture for EVERY different ad (even of the same type) the game would need to load many more textures into memory which would degrade performance.
What else do you want? 200+ variations of grass texture per circuit ?
This isn't laziness by CM's part atall. This is how games are made! The only reason we are having problems with it is because we are unable to re-map the areas to change which texture is used.
