Bloody hell, Hulkenburg! That guy looks like he has been in this for 10 years.

The sad thing is, if he was a pay driver, he'd be in the top 4 teams next year... Maybe Lotus will still happen for him.

I've seen a lot of lock ups but I've never seen tyre falling appart from the inside. The only time I've seen tyre destoying like this was on a truck.

Yeah Bradley, it wasn't Pirelli fault, it's FIA's fault for this porn.

Granted. But if he hadn't had that massive a lockup, it still wouldn't have happened. Many other drivers had normal lockups, yet Perez was the only one who had a delamination. That says a lot.

Really enjoyed that race!

Obviously Vettel controlled the race at the front, but plenty of excitement inside the Top-10. The three long straights made for some interesting racing

Highest respect for Hulkenberg! If that doesn't earn him a Lotus seat I don't know what will... Sauber looked damn good today though.

And what was with that Jeep? Madness! Felt sorry for Webber, he was fighting very hard

Rosberg out, Hulkenberg in.

Is Rosberg not signed for next year? Thought he was, but I honestly don't know, so if you can confirm that, it would be great.

However, Merc need to do something about their traction out of the slower corners first. Lewis said Vettel gets on the power 20 metres before anyone else - well I have news for him, even Hulkenburg got on the power 20 metres before him. He was probably meaning only himself or Merc when he said 'everyone else'.

Grosjean did well, he would've probably been a well-deserved second had it not been for the safety car. Granted, he admits making a mistake that allowed Kimi through, but Kimi wouldn't have been nearly close enough to pounce on that had it not been for the safety car. But it's racing, it happens.

Poor Alonso though, that car had miles of understeer. I do think he deserves a better car than that, although his comms with his engineers could be the reason - the setup resulting from his feedback might not be as good as you'd think, we just don't know though.

Only way he us able to do that is because his engine drops down to 4 cylinders when exiting corners, this is how Renault have designed the engine. Which is a pretty unfair advantage when you see how much he is able to pull away from other drivers - however this is completely legal.

Martin Brundle said it perfectly, Vettel taken aside, that was actually an amazing race. Perez tyre-blowout, Rosberg's front wing, Webber's fire, and a lot of great fighting particularly Hulk vs. everyone else as well as the Latin American madness on lap 45.

If this doesn't earn Hülkenberg a drive at a top team, nothing will. Lotus has an open seat and Massa made a fool of himself again, Perez isn't guaranteed to stay at McLaren (rightfully so, Hülkenberg actually has more points than him in a vastly inferior car), especially since their new sponsor apparently is not Mexican after all (read somewhere it may be Gilette) and obviously there is that teeny, tiny chance that Alonso leaves Ferrari.

Hulk just always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when it comes to silly season. I doubt we'll see Alonso leave Ferrari, I think for continuity sake McLaren will keep Perez (even though I'd replace him with Hulk), Hulks best shot for a better drive is Lotus, and the annoying part of that is Lotus isn't particullary in a good posistion, losing plenty of key technical staff plus their cash problem.

And if there's any fact in the rumour that he's too 'big' than everyone in F1 has it out for Hulk, poor dude.

Engine mapping, just another aspect of F1 that Red Bull simply does better than other teams.

My point was that Hulkenburg was doing the same to Lewis, so he was referring to himself and Rosberg as 'everyone else' when he made that statement after Singapore.

This track is awesome, i hope it stays on the calendar (in doubt currently).

Anyone finds this race boring must go watch football or something. There was never a moment without a battle on track. In addition many crazy incidents occurred. Just ignore Vettel, and enjoy the show :D

Sauber's traction after the first turn was amazing, Hamilton went mad! :p

Force India drivers must have had a crazy party last night. Actually di Resta is really terrible in the final several races, always crashing out...

Hülkenberg is only 2cm taller than Button, so that's just another reason for why McLaren would be ideal for him.

Dat' Lotus tractor beam.
