Geez, Charlie Whiting is such a chickensh**. I normally take no issue with any of the FIA's decisions, but their behavior as far as wet weather is concerned really gets on my nerves. F1 is a competition and they are clearly disadvantaging drivers who are better at dealing with these conditions
