If Alonso wins, Vettel must finish no lower than fourth.
If Alonso is second, Vettel must finish no lower than seventh.
If Alonso is third, Vettel must finish no lower than ninth

I was very skeptical about the slow turns at the end of the long straight but there is still some action there when a driver can position their car better or their car has better low speed grip.
