You need to be a licensed member to apply for the League.
And read the format first.

Looks like the Simbin ftp server is down atm. Because other links also dont work for the templates. Think we need to wait for them to fix it.
Or maybe someone else who already downloaded it can upload it?

(The rules about upload and download here in sweden are a bit unclear but it would be illigal in one way or another)
But Nvm but I belive there website is down due to snowing like last year with an FPWS race or RDGTC (can't remember exacly) were we had to cancel the race do to Simbin having there game server down.
