Hi Ramon,

my name also is a bit changed. "Eckhart von Glan neu" is on the list. I had to do a new .plr file last week (again ....) and added "neu" (new) in case I could retrieve the old one. This was not to be. I then chnaged the name of the folder in which the plr.file is kept, this however does not change the in-game name.
For Sunday I will have a new .plr file, promised. Just think of "neu" as a kind of title, like "jr.", the "3rd" .

just a question; In the live timing there are 2 people with the same name, one is "Jims Bong" and the other is "JimsBong" with 2 different cars. He qualified on the 28th with a Honda and then switched to a Chevy on the 29th. Is this ok to do or have I missed something?

with the first fifty or so so f... close it's gonna be a massacre out there. Yoeri, take a day off or two, you'll be flooded by incident reports

Blue Flag team management will ask its drivers (three great cheers to our qualifiers!!!) to keep a level head and try to stay out of trouble.

As much as I hope that this won't be the case, I have the same fear. People may be fast but I'm sure so many are used to public server racing things could get too argy bargy. If so, everyone will learn their lesson for rounds 3 & 4.

On another note, it looks like I'll be in group 2. I'm pleased since Istanbul is not one of my favourites.

edit: i seiously need to re-think to learn to drive that bimmer.... gave another shot today morning for my Chevy, but again only 2:02.02... baaaah.... slow down guys...

His name was changed into a propperly written name and now he has improved his lap (same car). No problem, as long as it doesn't happen all the time. The second one will be removed.

Heads up guys. There will always be accidents, but we'l have to see to know whether it's really going to be the massacre you predict or whether it will not be that bad.

No days of for me Eckhart, with V-WTCC and RD WTCC running I'm logged hours on end.

I tried and tried, virtually i was in low 2.03 but everytime when i had a good lap i missed my braking point when entering the last chicane.

So i did not qualify, i am 108, man what are those guy fast this year.
