Skins 1996 Indycar Road skins for SDD 1995 Indycar mod

I had Gimp, but good friend told me he switched to Paint.net many years ago, so I got Paint with all the extra plugins and I can load PSDs
Paintshop pro, Gimp, all kinds of files.
Gimp sounds like very good program, I have been tutored so far with Paint, so trying to learn just the one.
I will let you know if I have a question
