No, I can't afford Standard CM. I only have the Lite and it doesn't allow mod installation. I have the game through Steam, if that's relevant

also have the LITE version of CM but it allows you to load all the mods, just go to the top right, click the three lines and the words "install from a file" appear then it does everything automatically.
