A small update has been pushed for Assetto Corsa Competizione on PC that brings fixes to tracks and liveries, as well as updates to the balance of performance for select cars.

Steam users will notice a small update applied to ACC the next time they play. Kunos has published a hotfix that will bring minor changes to tracks and liveries, but more notably adjustments to the BoP of GT3 cars.

The BMW M4 GT3 has been a favorite in the GT3 class since its release, and this is among the cars affected by this version 1.8.18 hotfix. In addition to performance balancing, the car now has updated gear ratios.

Version 1.8.18 changelog:
  • Revised wet track limits on various tracks.
  • Minor livery sponsorship updates.
  • BOP tweaks for
    • Aston Martin Vantage V8 GT3
    • BMW M4 GT3

I've got a 3060ti and a 12400. In all seriousness what does anyone reckon you need to get this looking as good as AMS2 and hitting 90fps in VR? I've already tried all the config file changes, FSR etc. but I can't get it looking nice. I'm sort of guessing 3080 minimum?
You're processor is you're weakest component there going by the base frequecy, although its boost frequency seems ok. You're graphics card is similar performace to my 2070 super. What ram are you running?

Check the post I just made above in reply to decapnz. Hopefully theres some info there that may help. Would love to know if any of it helps with you're VR performance. Cheers!

4080 Ti or 4090. You won't get good VR out of ACC with this generation of video card. Acceptable if you have high end current, but still not good.
