Yellow Headlights for Porsche 911 RSR 2017 v2.5

I looked in the data, found the FrontLight 5 entry and changed the config light's brightness to 1 to add the DRL function back in. Simple!

I made the RSR lights into a config file for use with the shaders patch so that my yellow lights could be combined with endurance light configs from others like M4MKey and other config creators, and also so that the data no longer causes mismatches in multiplayer for online players. I also made the interior light from another config purple to match some real photos I saw in Discord.

This is just a version correction. Nothing has been altered in the archive.
