New skin and several improvements

- Added skin #21 Thomas Lindström.
- Corrected a lot of minor issues in most of the skins.
- Improved cockpit with new gauge faces, better colours and adjusted shaders.
- The cockpit is now in BC7 format, to improve the colours. This makes the files double the size, and I generally stick with BC1 and BC3, but in this case it's necessary to use BC7.
- Included an optional data.acd update to give the car late 1987 specs with 320 hp / 420 Nm engine.

I think that's it. Hopefully, the cockpit and other stuff won't need any more updates now, but there will be more skins. Stay tuned.

Most cars now have black dashboards, as that was the most common. Also adjusted a lot of colours, transparency and other small stuff to make things look better. Many of the colours were way too vibrant to look realistic on a properly adjusted monitor.

Delete old skins and install new version from scratch!

Changelog:
- New folder names, there are too many #1 and #2 cars...
- Added 1985 Eggenberger DPM, 1986 DPM and 1986 ETCC skins.
- New livery icons.
- Fixed blurred rims.
- Various other small fixes.

Still more skins to come, specially looking forward to recreating Peggen's iconic cars.
