VRC California Raceway (Willow Springs) - Real name and track billboards&stuff 2.0

In this new release (maybe the final) I fix some things on the paddock area, and I add new sign and a couple of billboards on the Streets of Willow track.

First, thanks to all for your support and your suggestions!
In this release I provided to fix some bugs, improved some textures, and I added new logos on track and, mostly, on the pitlane.
Now, all the original VRC logos have been replaced.
