Viper RT/10 and Shelby RT/10CS skins. 1.3

I totally forgot about the alpha layer with the General Lee livery, so here goes. Should be all good now.
Slightly corrected the orange as well.

Added a metallic green with black stripes livery.

Have fun with it!

No changes at all. Just added the "General Lee" skin.

-Added a black/gold Shelby inspired paint.
