Cars in the URD pack are RSR-20, RSR-21 and RSR-21 Sprint. All three cars in your UI files are named RSR-19.

Uh, yeah that's the point, the official name of the Porsche GTE car (that I've been able to find on Porsche's website at least) from 2020 and 2021 is the Porsche 911 RSR-19, if you have other information showing the official naming is different post in the discussion forum and I'd be happy to update.
