Tyre damage becomes clearly visible: new shiny and smooth slowly to matte because of tyre wear 1.4

I updated the mod for patch 1.07.

As requested, I added the mipmaps. Nothing changed visibly so you do not need to update if you already have the mod.

I added the DDS files for manual use.

I corrected a small mistake for inters and updated the mod for F1 22 version 1.06. Will take a look at modularity soon, I have no more time right now.
