TT alternative weather (weathers + ppfilter) 0.9

Just added compatibility with latest update of AC (1.4).

There have been some alterations in graphic basic levels at several areas which I have adjusted for quite quickly. I will need more time to make the best out of it.
At least with this update you will be possible to use the mod and probably feel close enough to the recent look.

Fixed an issue with glare parameters that was hard to notice at first. A biproduct of adding other glare effects that I did want.

Optimized and added cloud textures, further tweaked weathers and added sharpening, balanced and added glare effects.

This is a total overhaul of the previous weather (Evening_storm) and also adds another weather, California_sunrise and a bunch of cloud textures to replace the original ones.
The pp-filter is renamed to "TT_alternative" so be sure to reselect it.
Dont forget to back up the original texture files before installing.

Added sweetfx addon. It makes a big difference. Thanks again to blackcelica for the help.
