Fix for pits

T P Raceway Fix for pits
This will fix pit limiter,flashing lights,red box,car's colliding in pits and pit menu.
Once installed I Strongly advise against altering the surfaces file it will break stuff !!
Recommend you install this manually into track folder.

Note 1: If you are experiencing pile up's at start line please check your CPS setting -New Ai behavior/ Extra option's for Ai spline
enable Cache generated payloads.
Note 2: I will release a new version of track once everything is fixed.
Please don't ask me to change any part of the roads,buildings or object's
they are all there in the real world when I made this.
Any feed back good or bad will be gladly accepted and acted upon if able to.
