UPDATE 1.2 :
- Fix position of one cam in dTV2 (cam was in trees..,
due to new 3D trees in track update 1.2 )
- Some littles tweaks on few cams (position,FOV,..)

- recommend download Gamer19's no wrong way mod... to get rid of the No entry sign coming up
- Disable penalties and flags in AC rules
