I dont undersand why this has not gotten an excellent rating for the really excellent work by hossy!

Maybe the "ban" for a livery mod in the game not getting community support which is pathetic for codies. They said livery mod will not affect online gaming but definitely will not save game progress- It still is a great work.

hossy can you do Richard Burns Carisma Network Q RAC 1998 livery? Not the same model but possibly a replica?
