Added car #3, #9 and #99 + changes for #37

- Added livery #3, #9 and #99
- Updated filter for a bette car selection
- Added "Dekra ISO 9001:2008" sticker to #37 car
- Added number #37 on the rear window
- Updated #37 icon

- Updated to GT3 folder.

Various changes

- Changed yellow and green tones.
- Changed tone of red of the spoiler's flaps.
- Added black stripe in the back around the body to match the real thing.
- Moved "HYLA" sponsors to be more accurate.
- Changed size of the numberplates to be more accurate.
- Updated Alpha channel as the paint parts of the spoiler and canards had a carbon fiber texture.
- Slightly changed the "MICHELIN" sponsors.
- Updated car icon.
- Changed version number as I'll add the other 3 cars of the team into this file.
