Changes in SRS and VEH files in order to make skinpack work again in v1.5. New AI paramerets were added as well, now AI cars are fully functional. Special thanks to @Zuffenhausen Weiss for helping me out with the files.
Updated the SRS file, now the skinpack automatically finds the correct talent files.
