Update to include Scotland stages

Added the new screen WRX for Rally Cross:

Added the screen "Competition" and made some other UI changes

Added a new screen: Excel

Please note that relative times as: Delta to Best, Previous Time and Stage Record will only display after you complete a valid round on the stage with the car you're currently using.

The same goes for Track Maps, except once you do a valid round on the stage, the map will show for every other car.

Added the "Performance" screen and two new fields "Estimated Time" and "Stage Name".

As for the "Track Maps" screen, please note that, for some reason, there are no maps for the following countries:

• Argentina
• Australia
• Finland
• Greece
• Wales

All other countries will properly display the maps of each stage.

Bug corrections, some graphic tweaks and a new screen: Track Maps

Added two new screens. It now has the screens:

• Main
• Essentials
• Luxury

Also changed the RPM gauge and Shift Leds. Code was also slightly tweaked.

A different variation on the original dashboard to test acceptance, if people like this new version this will become the main one.
