Made ai faster at Eau Rouge

@Dimis saw some potential in Eau Rouge so I made the accelerator to 1.25 instead of 1.1. This was tested with a variety of cars so it should be safe

Updated to Assetto Corsa 1.14

With the 1.14 update Kunos made major improvements to the ai.
So a "booster" of 1.3 is not necessary anymore, I've decided to tame it down to 1.1.
Note: The Ai_hint for Eau Rouge was made by Kunos themselves, I just added the Courbe Paul Frere and Blanchimont

File structure fixed

Changed the file structure so you can just drag and drop the file in the content folder
