Singapore Track Texture update v1.4

This should be the last update.

Changed the Singapore Arts Center texture, looks a bit more real and added new main feature tree.

My apologies for two updates today.

I managed to find better historic & museum textures and reworked grandstand seat colors again.

Update details v1.3:

- Better quality historic & museum textures (reworked)
- Grandstand seat colors reworked again.

I've noticed with Pyyer's Singapore 2022 update the crowd is off which makes the track a bit empty.

The crowd texture has been reworked and upscaled so actually looks the part.


Turn crowd on:

If you want the crowd on in Pyyer's Singapore F1 2022 update you can delete the ext_config-pyyer-singapore-people file in:

tracks/singapore_2020/layout_f1_2022/extension/ext_config-pyyer-singapore-people


Or you can:

You can just go in the ext_config.ini of that layout and mark the people file as active=0
