Update 1
Added a new presence when a game is selected, but not being played. Displays the game selected in SimHub, as "Preparing to play".
Also added a presence when viewing a replay recorded with SimHub (not in game replay).
Otherwise, just some general bug fixes. Some games that don't support a car/track name, will use a randomly generated value (DT_xxxxx...). This will be something I will have to manually create a special case for, but I need replays in order to test.
