Added modern Pirelli P-Zero tire textures

We are going full cursed mode with this update. Thanks @CC
Drop the 'extension' folder inside the car's folder (rss_formula_1990).

And yes, the ponk Hypersoft tires is back.

Some adjustments

Minor updates and might be the last one since I really can't be arsed to improve it even further than what it is now.
- Added black lines at the center top of the engine cover
- Adjusted the size of the Mission Winnow logos on the engine cover so they line up
- Changed Momo logo's color on the steering wheel to black since I still can't figure out how to make it transparent
