Long due bug / lazy error fixes

Hello everyone,

I've been wanting to do this for a longer time now but havent been able to idk why. Anyways, @SunBro hit me up making me aware of the front mistake from an older car version, so i decided to finally fix this stuff.

Fixes include:

- Shell Helix Ultra on the front left corrected
- Ext_Extra_Logos_HR fixed, meaning HR patch on the front isnt cut off anymore
- small Alpha Channel fixes
- fog light edges on the front finally fixed, this error occurred due to a mistake while painting in 3D

Please delete old version and install this completely new
