RSS GTM Bayro 6 Fictional #13 & #31 Castrol skins 1.5

Small fixes to an old skin since I can't come up with any ideas for a new skin at the moment and needed something to do. Don't know how some of these good skinners come up with ideas so quickly. Mostly cleanup work for mistakes.

-- Redid the red stripes to remove some color artifacts from my lack of knowledge of Photoshop originally.
-- Made the rear wing all black.
-- Replaced some logos with better versions.
-- Added optional FedEx #31 skin if you have no interest in having teammate colors for the #13 and #31. Same design, just different primary sponsor.

Replaced the Blancpain front window\roof banner with the AWS\GT World Challenge America banner for the optional Rebellion number plate skin to reflect the banner I saw at the Texas race. Not sure if it is exactly correct because I could never get a good look at it in the replay I watched. I will adjust it if I find a better view that shows exactly what it looks like.

Small update to the skins. For most, no need to download the update. Cleaned up a few poor paint lines where one color meets another. Added option for the new Rebellion number plates if you'd prefer that style. Just copy the contents of the panel glow style you prefer from the appropriate Series folder to the main skin folder to get the plate style you'd like. The default plate is still Blancpain.

Sorry about this, but sometimes you get so excited about finishing something that you overlook small details. I wouldn't say it is important that you update to this version because the changes are minor.

I missed an area that only I would notice on the light green skin that was the wrong color. I also never noticed just how off center the numbers were on the number plate on the Number Glow version. I went ahead and made them more in the center of the number plate.

While I was at it, I also made separate folders for the different green versions so that you can switch between them more easily. No more having to rename the files. Simply copy the skin file from the version you prefer to the main skin folder and overwrite the original.

Should be the last update because i'm going to move on to trying to make myself a #13 Castrol skin for the new RSS Formula Hybrid X mod.

Changed the Panel Glow option to have a smaller panel and reduced brightness to be more consistent with the stock skins.
