For someone "learning" what you did here is an amazing job, I have seen very little skins coming with so much possible customisations.

Thank you. My thought was the track list is global and players are from all over the world. I figured they might like having the option to have the correct banners and such depending on what track or series they are driving. I imagine most people won't bother changing things as needed, but it was fun creating everything so why not include it all.

Great stuff...though I seem to be blind to the "hood vents" option.....

Thank you. Guess I should have called them wheel\brake vents because they are over the wheel wells, but there should be a ext_config_hood_vents.ini file in both skin folders that needs to be renamed to ext_config.ini to get the vents to show.
