Update 2.2

Updated the livery with the changes from Imola GP
- added HAAS Tooling logos
- adjusted some of the existing logos

Update 2.1

- fixed the US flag on the left side and spaced out the bottom logos more evenly
- added the colored US flags
- adjusted the red color tone
- changed HAAS logo on the halo to 1&1 logo on #51 and #20 liveries

Update 2.0

- updated to the actual 2022 livery
- added Kevin Magnussen's livery
- updated ext_config.ini, to fix the wheel blur issue (it now automatically turns off BRAKE DISK FX in CSP settings, while using the skin)
