Update 1.3

Updted with the changes from Imola GP
- added/adjusted some logos
- adjusted the color

Update 1.2

- added logos on the halo, front wing, wheel arch covers and a few other places
- slightly adjusted the red color tone
The right wheel arch logo is gonna be mirrored in the showroom but will show correctly on track (requires CSP to work)

Update 1.1

- Added #88 Robert Kubica livery
- updated ext_config.ini, to fix the wheel blur issue (it now automatically turns off BRAKE DISK FX in CSP settings, while using the skin)
