RSS Formula America tires + black rims + oz decals 1.3

Update V1.3

- Corrected tyres names (mistake with Soft, Hard..)
- Corrected Soft tyres texture (corrected red line)
- Added wet tyres (based on rss_formula_hybrid_2020)
- Needed to modify tyres.ini to add new tyres (based on rss_formula_hybrid_2020 wet tyres with values according to formula america)
- All tires are now in extension folder with modified ext_config
- If you don't want to use extension folder just check textures only folder

All works based on @CC (RSS) works (textures, config files ...)

PS: in extension folder yo also have tyres for Indy500, just rename them by removing "500" to use (it gonna replace tyres with same name)

Hope all is good and it have no errors.

Just an update to add Soft tyre

Correction of tires textures. Now with 3 different textures. All tires in separate folders to let ou choose the one you want. Also included in separate folders black rims from RSS and OZ Racing decals
