France Spec update

-added various logos like the Dorilton Ventures logo on the rear
-slightly reworked the paintjob in general, adding more carbon in places where it exists in real life
-changed the spec map of all cars

small additions

-retouched the gloves, they shoudl be very close to the original now
-added two versions with different Halo sponsors

fixes, fixes, fixes!

-fixed the quote on the Halo (Murray Walker doesn't stutter lol)
-edited #45 to match pre-season spec (no Halo sponsors, no quote on the Halo)
-added Senna logo and Williams logo to the nose
-added FIA Action for Road safety logo on the front wing
