GrassFX fixes

Fixes for a few grass edges becoming transparent/mirror like with grass fx enabled on Monza 1998, Silverstone 1988, and possibly Imola 1988. Thanks to @joris rood for fixes. Added Goldcoast extension by @Sliderman.
