Trying to update the rims

RedBull 2022 F1 Livery

- Added the red lines on the rims
-updated the front wing logos
-Added the safety decals
-Made the Livery number 1 Wider and better

Changed the Honda logo with the Oracle logo on the hood

I added the last few logos that were needed (the Mobil logo on the side of the wing and the stripes in front of the Halo).

Updated The Livery with the new sponsor and all the logos on the wing, etc...
