Red Bull RB13 Livery, race suits 1.3

The livery was changed for Melbourne so I made an update with Mobil1 on the front wing (and rear wing) instead of Esso

I also updated the Daniel Ricciardo helmet (made by @Franske ) included in the paste installation (I forgot to add the updated files to the ERP Archiver installation)

- Added helmet for Daniel Ricciardo (thanks to @Franske for making it!)
- Made a minor fix to a Mobil1 sponsor in the paint file (based on new images of it)

Let me know if you have any problems or notice anything that should be on the car that isn't (sponsors etc.)

Huge thanks to @Franske for letting me use his Verstappen helmet with my mod!
In addition to Verstappen's helmet I made some small changes
- added Mobil1 sponsors to the cockpit area (mirrored on one side unfortunately)
- made some minore changes to sizes and added some other sponsors.
