Realistic DRS (open/close), damage, dirty air, camera mod 0.3

Updated dirty air to a lower level because some of you said AI was too much struggling with it. Lowered it from 0.55 to 0.45 so i hope this will be fine. Let me know if its ok or not

added camera mod for modern cars (doesnt support multiplayer)
just copypast the files again
