10%, 25% and Eur3ka's Realistic Damage

Releasing 3 updates today:
1. 10% Extra Damage
2. 25% Extra Damage
3. @Eur3ka Realistic Damage
I have also included the damage code so if you use a custom performance file (for a custom career for example) you can still use realistic damage and keep the customised performance.

Set the damage to simulation for best effects.
Next set of updates will be 50%, 75% and 100% extra damage but don't expect them till week beginning 19/6/17
