[PlugIN] Korean Subtitles Translation 2.2.0

Since Roman266's Texture Translate script stopped working properly due to game changes, I "modified" the script a bit.

Texture Script make errors when applying..
'page_racing 2 texture' 'rally_ad texture' 'rally_register texture'.

I couldn't fix the problem, but these points - that were making error - got postponed to the very end, so it will not interfere other working portion of script.

Other changes were made to better translate newer version of MSC.

This would be my final version of Korean Translation script for a while, since now I'm going to army in order to serve for my country. voi vittu

I was kinda busy so I couldn't complete translating textures. so you'll have error message on console. be calm, it's normal. just press ~ to dismiss it.

I decided to make this update quick because texture mod was making error in newest game version. :/

플리타리 수리점 견적서, 린델 차량 검사소 검사표, 새로운 게임 시작 시 운전면허증이 번역되었습니다.

다양한 수정이 이루어졌습니다.

이제 기어 단수가 번역되어 표시됩니다.
N = 중립
R = 후진과 같은 방식입니다.
(jinnin0105님의 Framework 업데이트에 포함된 내용을 일부 Merge 했습니다.)
일부 번역 오류 문장을 수정했습니다.

필멸 모드 (Perma-Death) 사망 시 나오는 통계의 일부가 제대로 번역되어 보이지 않는 버그는 수정하려고 하고 있습니다만 이유를 모르겠네요

Several minor fixes were made to tackle with recent updates.

* 할머니 대사 일부가 정상적으로 출력되지 않던 문제를 수정했습니다. (초록 차 탄 사촌의 차를 타지 말라고 하는 경고는 어쨰선지 고쳐지지 않네요.)
* 테이모의 전단지 알바 관련 문구가 추가되었습니다.
* 삼촌의 대사 일부를 추가했습니다.
* 그 외에도 몇몇 번역되지 않았던 문구들을 수정했습니다.

그 외 수정이 안 되고 있는 버그
필멸 모드 (Perma-Death) 모드에서 사망시 나오는 통계에서 일부 항목들이 번역되지 않는 문제

Fixed an issue that phone call from grandma was not properly translated.
Added few lines for new story related lines from uncle and suski. (Not Finished)

할머니로부터 걸려온 전화 통화 내용이 제대로 변역되지 않았던 문제를 수정했습니다.
Experimental 빌드에서 추가된 일부 스토리 관련, 삼촌과 Suski의 대사 번역을 '일부' 추가했습니다. (덜 끝났어요!)

!! 2019년 5월 기준으로 Experimental 빌드에서, 게임 플레이 도중 저장을 하고 메인 메뉴로 나오면 한글패치가 풀리는 오류가 보고되어 있습니다.
이는 한글패치 자체의 문제가 아니라, MSCLoader의 문제인 것으로 추측됩니다. 불편하시겠지만 게임을 재시작해주시면 해결됩니다.
