Some good elements here like a bit more realistic level of grip (rear slides a bit more, front goes faster under high angles), but the throttle and braking rate is way too low. Every time you get off the throttle you have to wait until it slowly reaches back to 100%. It does help control oversteer but you lose a LOT of time. The same with the brakes. It takes ages for them to reach 100% which means you have to brake much earlier which means you lose even more time.
Also this mod seems to have TC permanently ON. Every time your rear wheel spins it cuts off the throttle, even with just a little spin and low angle, and guess what...you lose even more time. Same track, same bike, same conditions, same setup...5 seconds slower.
You can dislike what I did at first glance, but with more time on it you'll end up loving the depth of this new simulation and appreciate all the improvements over the vanilla physics.
