First things first:
YOU MUST DELETE "14_shnala's_fog_2" FROM THE "WEATHER" FOLDER !!!
Please take a look at "(___READ___THIS___FIRST___!!!___v.1.2___)"
picture, I hate to write all that once again. =)

Changes in v.1.2:
Finally, as you requested (and to be honest it bothered me too),
now we have less Sun effect on cloudy and especially on heavy
cloudy weather. I've found that line that needs to be changed !
So, now the Sun effect it's somwhere between original Kunos and
my 1.0 and 1.1 version. Hope you'll like it. Scratch that - I KNOW
you'll like it! ;)

Elsewhere...
Fog effect toned down (once again:() cause that #&$"#$ bug didn't
completelly disappear - I saw it with my own eyes and, sadly, not only
on the Green Hell. Hope no one will see that (bug)ger ever again.
Comments and suggestions are wellcome. You, with your requests
and ideas are help me to improve my mod, to our mutal satisfaction.
Why shouldn't we continue then ?

Once again - DELETE THAT FOLDER, it's my mistake from 1.1 version.

It wasn't hard, tbh, basically I just move fog further from player,
instead of "DISTANCE=200" now is "DISTANCE=450" (and the
light fog is now 950, instead of 800). I feel a little bit sad cause
now the fog effect is smaller than before but tbh it's not THAT
big and, on the real-life side.... how often they actually race on
heavy fog, right ?
Beside, isn't the Green Hell by himself such a deadly place, so is
there a really need to make it, with heavy fog, like, super-deadly ?? :)

I forgot...
I saw on ONE PLACE on the Ring some small amount of "black hills" still but, please, don't ask me to move fog even more away from player, it would break my heart you know... :-/ and you don't want that, I know. :)
Beside... It's only on one track, my guess is that it's because the Ring has such big surroundings. All the other track aren't that big and, therefore, can't have hills that far from players point of view. I even consider to make one speccial "Fog for the Ring" weather type and to have one heavy fog settings for all the other track and one just for ...his highness. :)
