Updated for patch 1.07.
Just copied the previous parameters, no testing done, but maybe needed to redo this.
After Update 5, three people said the mod worked, two said it didn't work. Okay, new slowest version added (2 seconds slower). Deleted alternative version due to Racedepartment file size limitations.
A new update tomorrow, if needed.

The slowest version maked slower, slowest in update 4 renamed to Medium 1, previous Medium renamed to Medium 2.
Results of my tests(on 65 difficulty):
- Slowest - AI are 0,8 sec slower
- Medium 1 - 0,5
- Medium 2 - 0,3
- Alternative - 0,15

As before, the mod does not work in qualifications and practices when you fast-forward(accelerate) time. Flashbacks not affect to this.
Changed modded values due to feedback that the mod does not work.
No need to re-download if you have already installed update 3 and are happy with it.

Updated for patch 1.06.
The AI characteristics were changed by Codemasters, so I tried to find a new balance for the effect of the mod.
Added medium version between previous two for those who unsatisfied them.
Added alternative version for those who feels that AI is too slow
