- 3D: Minor changes on meshes around taillights, rims and front end

- Changed some codes for CSP's extensions for exterior materials and lights

Recommended delete the 'data' and 'extension' folders from the previous versions before install this update.

GTR Model and Physics Updates

The "v.0.2b" updates are just some minor fixes and edits at 3D headlights model and removal of unused data files.

Physics:
- Changed HICAS operation logic, control maps
- Changed ABS slipratio goal

Graphics:
- Optimizations done to object and material count
- Lod D model
- Part of the dashboard panel has been redone
- Minor improvements made to other interior and external 3D parts
- Textures Optimizations
- New and fully working door animations
- New dash lighting
- Some experimental features made for CSP' extensions
- Use 'EXTRAS' key binds to open/close right door (A), left door (B) and hide/show front number plate (C)

Previous had some obsolete files and data, removed it and updated with the newest
