This is the only version of your lumirank mods that doesn't seem to have three digits. So rather than 003 for p3, it just displays 3. Is there an update forthcoming?

Where should the Data.acd file be copied?

what data.acd ? You should unpack yours using CM. Rename it so you backup it and AC won't use it. And put digital_panels into the new data folder :)
