NFS Most Wanted Night Version & GrassFX 0.4

After some time and experience gained I finally managed to spend some time on updates. Mostly added various signs and billboard lighting.

Added grassFX to config.ini file. May cause fps drops!

Reduced brightness in Rockport tunnel, synchronized all traffic lights + few more lights I forgot about earlier
